Ingredients for 4 people
- Chicken breast 600 g
- Sour pomegranate paste 2 tbsp
- 2 tablespoons high-fat yogurt
- Walnut kernels 8 pcs
- 1 large onion
- Brew saffron 1 tbsp
- 2 tablespoons liquid oil
- Enough salt and black pepper

first stage
First, we wash the chicken breasts and put them on the kitchen board and chop them into squares or medium rectangles and pour them into a bowl. Peel the onion and wash it and chop it into rings and put it in the bowl. Let's fall.
second stage
Mix saffron and yogurt together and add to the chicken pieces. Then grind the walnuts and add to the ingredients. Add pomegranate juice and 2 tablespoons of liquid oil to the ingredients and finally a little salt. And sprinkle black pepper on the ingredients.
third level
Then we all turn the ingredients upside down so that the chicken pieces are completely mixed with the flavorings. Cover the bowl with cellophane and put it in the refrigerator to rest for a few hours. Then take the chicken bowl out of the fridge.
The fourth stage
Then we skewer the chicken pieces and prepare the grill, and when the coals are evenly lit, we put the skewers on the grill to grill them. Of course, you can also make sour chicken in the pan. We choose a large pan.
The fifth step
Now we put the chicken pieces on a wooden skewer and grease the inside of the pan with a brush and put the pan on a gentle heat and put the chicken skewers in the pan and wait for the chickens to cook and fry. Drink the prepared pickles with pilaf.
